Key Responsibilities:
- Drive online revenue growth, profitability and trading performance
- Own ecommerce strategy, execution and reporting
- Optimise conversion, customer acquisition and retention
- Lead digital merchandising, site experience and online trading
- Analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities
- Partner closely with Marketing, Merchandise, Wholesale, Production and Operations teams
- Manage digital operations and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Proven ecommerce leadership experience within luxury or premium fashion
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving online sales growth
- Deep understanding of ecommerce trading, merchandising and customer experience
