MDS Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate MDS Coordinator to join our skilled nursing team in Tacoma, WA. As an RN MDS Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate assessment, coding, and documentation while directly impacting resident care and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and complete all Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including CMS guidelines.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, interdisciplinary teams, and leadership to drive quality initiatives.
• Support care planning and ensure resident-centered documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on MDS processes and requirements.

Qualifications
• Current RN license in the state of Washington.
• Strong knowledge of MDS assessments, coding, and federal/state regulations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for resident-centered care and improving clinical outcomes.
