• Cost tracking and project financial support
Additional qualifications include:
• Experience with takeoff software such as Bluebeam
• Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting
• Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar construction software preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work between office and field environments
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
Preferred certifications include OSHA 30, Trenching & Excavation Safety, Competent Person Certification, and Confined Space Awareness.
