Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field -OR- equivalent experience
Proven track record of at least 8+ years in project management roles within the construction industry.
In-depth understanding of the full construction process. Including a strong understanding of construction laws and regulations
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, delivering them on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make decisive decisions under pressure.
Proficient in project management tools and software (ie: Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.).
AHCA experience not required but is a definite plus.
