About the Role
As an Audit Officer, you’ll play a key role in coordinating audits from start to finish. While physical audits are completed by field-based auditors, you’ll manage the important work behind the scenes to ensure each audit is scheduled, completed accurately and submitted within the required timeframe.
What You'll Be Doing
- Process new audit requests from financial services and corporate clients
- Enter audit requests into internal and external systems
- Coordinate and manage audit schedules, often several weeks in advance
- Monitor audit progress and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
- Liaise with field auditors, assisting with queries and resolving issues
- Review audit documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure completed reports are finalised and returned to clients within required timeframes
- Act as a key point of contact between clients, auditors and internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple audits and competing priorities throughout the day
- Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems
- Process and upload invoices and assist with payment coordination
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Previous audit experience is not essential. More important is your ability to learn quickly, follow processes accurately and confidently manage multiple priorities.
Important Requirements
- Full Australian working rights OR Permanent Residency/work rights is required
- Candidates on temporary visas will not be considered
- Successful candidates must be able to obtain a satisfactory National Police Check
