The Role
This is a highly client-facing position, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the table from the earliest stages of a project, helping clients shape their workplace strategy and brand identity through their built environment, right through to project completion. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality D&C fit-out projects from inception through to completion, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality D&C fit-out projects from inception through to completion, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver commercial fit-out projects on time and within budget
- Work closely with clients to translate workplace strategy and brand vision into tangible design and construction outcomes
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships
- Lead project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and support
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Drive programme, cost, and quality outcomes across multiple projects
- Implement and utilise construction management systems effectively
- Ensure all works comply with safety standards, regulations, and best practices
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction or fit-outs, either client-side or with a D&C business
- Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end
- Experience or strong interest in workplace strategy and helping clients bring their brand to life through their space
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with genuine confidence operating in a client-facing capacity
- Client-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Well-versed in construction systems, processes, and compliance
- Exposure to high-quality commercial office fit-out and workplace strategy projects
- A genuinely client-facing role with real ownership of the client relationship
