Once you've built your confidence and recruitment capability, you'll transition into a 360 Recruitment Consultant, where you'll begin managing clients, winning new business, and significantly increasing your earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing

As a 180 Recruiter

• Source and interview exceptional candidates
• Build long-term relationships with professionals across Technology and Life Sciences
• Match candidates to exciting opportunities
• Work closely with senior consultants on active searches
• Become an expert within your specialist market

Progressing into 360 Recruitment

• Develop your own client relationships
• Win new business
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Build your own personal brand and market
• Become a trusted recruitment partner to some of the world's fastest-growing companies
