A great opportunity as Junior Operations Analyst with a growing and dynamic business, based within the [axr] marketing team, giving you hands-on exposure to data, software and process improvement, with the added benefit of your work having visibility across the wider business, alongside real, practical involvement in podcast editing, events and administration.
The Junior Operations Analyst plays a key role within the [axr] marketing team, keeping campaigns, reporting and processes accurate and running smoothly, using the systems and tools that support the team day-to-day, while also getting hands-on with the practical side of podcast editing, events and business administration. As you build your skills, there's scope to contribute process improvement thinking that benefits the wider business.

Key Responsibilities
Data, Reporting & Process Improvement Help maintain marketing systems and tools, and keep reporting accurate, consistent and up to date, including tracking job postings and campaign performance. You'll get comfortable working with data and software day-to-day, and have the chance to spot smarter, more efficient ways to track and report, with scope for this thinking to extend to the wider business over time.
Podcasts Edit and publish podcasts, write accompanying copy and create supporting social assets, then share episodes across all channels.
Events, Administration & Team Support Assist with the planning and delivery of [axr] events, and provide administrative support and general enquiry handling for the wider team. Work closely with marketing and internal stakeholders to support day-to-day activities, and contribute to a collaborative, supportive team environment.
Campaigns & Content Support the setup and delivery of email marketing campaigns, including tracking and reporting on performance. Assist with content creation across blogs, whitepapers and social channels, helping turn ideas and source material into clear, on-brand copy.
Ideal Background
A strong interest in data, software and process improvement, alongside marketing, communications or digital media. Comfortable working with numbers, tools and detail, with a genuine curiosity for how a marketing team, and the wider business, operates day-to-day. A relevant qualification in business, marketing, communications or a related field is desirable. Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills. Confident written and verbal communication skills. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop, including learning new systems and software.
