Job Requirements
- Develop and execute grant fundraising strategies.
- Build and manage relationships with foundations, donors, and funding partners.
- Identify funding opportunities and lead grant applications.
- Manage grant reporting, compliance, and funder communications.
- Monitor and communicate program impact to stakeholders.
- Maintain fundraising systems, data, and donor records.
- Support staff development in fundraising and grant writing.
- Partner with marketing teams to create donor-focused communications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, or resource development within the nonprofit sector, with a proven track record of securing funding from foundations and government sources. Past experience as a programme manager preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Chinese preferred), with exceptional writing skills to create compelling narratives and articulate programme goals.
- Familiarity with various grant application processes, grant management systems, and fundraising software (e.g., Salesforce, GrantHub, etc.), as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online research tools.
- Understanding of nonprofit financial management and budgeting processes.
