We are seeking an experienced Finance & Payroll Administrator to join a busy and supportive finance team based in Hastings.
This is a varied role with a primary focus on processing weekly payroll for approximately 140 employees, while also providing support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, cashbook processing and general finance administration.
The successful candidate will receive a full handover and training period and will also assist with an upcoming payroll system migration project.

Key Requirements
- Previous NZ payroll processing experience
- Experience processing weekly payrolls
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Good Excel and accounting software knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Experience with MYOB Exo
- Payroll migration or implementation experience
- GST and compliance knowledge
- Inventory reconciliation experience
