Key Accountabilities
Qualification
- Lead the full product development lifecycle, including product design, produce policy wording and sales materials, regulatory filing and product implementation including UAT and production testing, provide product training to internal teams
- Review, monitor and analyse launched products performance
- Streamline and automate product-related process
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure end-to-end systems and process are in place for the successful product launch. Liaise with IT on product/underwriting/pricing-related aspect of IT implementation
- Build and review Excel models of product and pricing engine
- Expert in health product-related OIC regulation and market trends
- Design and review management reports to provide portfolio insights and monitoring produced by team
- For reinsured products, work with reinsurer on the design and pricing of product
- Ad hoc projects
Qualification
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Health insurance Product development
- Microsoft Excel expertise is required
- API development and policy administration system experience are preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Leadership, teamwork and problem solving
- Fluency in English and Thai is a must
