Location: Cedar Park, TX 78613

Pay Rate: $18.25 / hour

Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible Shifts)

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and Overnight (4 to 10-hour shifts)

Job Description

Are you ready to be part of the magic behind the scenes? We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our Arena Transformation Team in Cedar Park! In this role, you will be the driving force that converts the arena for hockey games, basketball games, and major live concerts and entertainment events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arena Conversions: Set up and tear down flooring, basketball courts, hockey glass/dashers, stages, and seating arrangements based on event requirements.

  • Asset Management: Safely move, store, and organize event equipment, chairs, barricades, and staging components.

  • Site Prep & Maintenance: Assist with basic post-event cleanup and preparation to ensure the venue is pristine for the next crowd.

  • Team Collaboration: Follow directions from supervisors and work closely with crew members to meet tight turnaround deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Physical Stamina: Must be able to continuously lift, push, pull, and carry 40–50 lbs throughout your shift.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work dynamic shifts (including late nights, early mornings, and weekends depending on the event schedule).

  • Reliability: Punctuality is crucial—the show can't go on without our crew!
