Position: Hyster Forklift Operator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Occasional Overtime: Some Saturdays as needed
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Hyster Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a Hyster forklift in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment and be committed to maintaining safety, efficiency, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities
Safely operate a Hyster forklift to load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials.
Transport products and materials throughout the warehouse and designated storage areas.
Inspect forklift equipment before each shift and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
Accurately pick, pull, and stage orders for shipment.
Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled properly and securely.
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety regulations.
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous experience operating a Hyster forklift preferred.
Valid forklift certification is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Willingness to work occasional Saturdays when required.
Required Work Attire

Employees must wear the following at all times while on the job:

Steel-toed boots
Work pants
Plain T-shirt (no offensive graphics or slogans)
Safety vest
Work gloves
