V7 Recruitment are working with a leading data centre delivery specialist to recruit an experienced Senior Planner to join their growing team in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Planner with strong construction experience to work on large-scale, technically complex data centre projects, supporting delivery from pre-construction through to construction and commissioning.
You will take ownership of project planning activities, work closely with clients and subcontractors, and play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Planner with strong construction experience to work on large-scale, technically complex data centre projects, supporting delivery from pre-construction through to construction and commissioning.
You will take ownership of project planning activities, work closely with clients and subcontractors, and play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop bid programmes to support tender submissions.
- Develop, maintain and review detailed master construction programmes.
- Manage project schedules across pre-construction, construction and commissioning.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and opportunities, and drive proactive solutions.
- Prepare and present progress reviews to senior management.
- Act as the Planning representative at client and subcontractor meetings.
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure programmes remain accurate and achievable.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of planners and engineers.
- Take ownership of planning requirements across your project portfolio.
- Support client relationship management and wider business development activities.
You will ideally have:
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 5+ years' relevant construction planning experience.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject.
- Experience with BIM and digital construction processes.
- Experience working on large-scale, complex construction projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, autonomous and results-driven approach.
- The ability to lead teams and build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Competitive salary package - Upto €95,000
