Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Controller will lead the group’s financial operations and reporting of the manufacturing sites. This role oversees multi-site accounting teams, ensures strict compliance with international financial standards, and manages cross-border cash flows, tax planning, and internal controls.

Global Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Direct the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements under USGAAP, THAI GAAP, IFRS, and SOX Compliance.
• Oversee multi-currency accounting operations across various international subsidiaries.
• Ensure full compliance with local and international tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Manage annual global external audits and coordinate with external tax advisors and regulatory bodies.

Manufacturing Finance & Cost Control

• Monitor global manufacturing costs, standard costing models, bill of materials (BOM), and variance analyses.
• Track inventory valuations, supply chain costs, and capital expenditures across international production plants.
• Implement continuous cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.

Compliance & Governance

• Manage compliance with Thailand's Board of Investment (BOI) privileges, customs duties, and transfer pricing regulations.
• Strengthen internal control frameworks and corporate governance procedures.
• Act as the primary liaison for external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies.

Treasury & Cash Management

• Oversee global cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and foreign exchange (FX) risk mitigation.
• Manage banking relationships across multiple jurisdictions and optimize working capital.

Internal Controls & Risk Management

• Strengthen and enforce robust internal financial controls across all international business units.
• Identify financial risks and implement corrective action plans.
• Supervise the integration of financial systems for newly acquired entities or expanding facilities.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of regional financial controllers and accountants.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with operations, supply chain, and executive leadership.

Job Qualifications
 

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• License: Thai CPD (Certified Public Accountant / Continuing Professional Development) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum 10–12 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of  Accounting standards like IFRS, USGAAP, THAI GAAP, SOX Compliance, BOI rules, Thai tax laws, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor System).
• Language: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
