As part of this growth, they have created a Group Financial Controller role to strengthen financial leadership and support the next phase of development. The Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Group Financial Controller will take ownership of core finance operations while bringing greater consistency, structure and discipline across reporting and controls. The role combines technical oversight with people leadership and offers genuine influence over how finance supports the wider business.
Key responsibilities include
  • Group month‑end and management reporting
  • Oversight of statutory reporting, compliance and audit processes
  • Leading and developing a small finance team
  • Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow oversight

  • Acting as a senior finance partner to the CFO and leadership team
