Your Role and Responsibilities

As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and safely by:

• Operating and monitoring industrial machinery used in paper bag manufacturing
• Performing machine setups, adjustments, and basic mechanical troubleshooting
• Assisting with minor equipment repairs and preventive maintenance
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Loading raw materials and supporting production flow
• Stacking, labeling, and preparing completed products for shipment
• Following production schedules and maintaining accurate production records
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safety-focused

What We Seek

• Mechanical aptitude and machine operation experience required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends as needed
