Production Worker – Machine Operator (Mechanical Experience Required)

Schedule: Monday–Friday
1st , 2nd , 3rd shifts

Join a growing industrial manufacturing team where mechanical aptitude and machine operation experience are essential. We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Production Workers who are comfortable working rotating shifts and have the mechanical skills needed to support continuous production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust industrial machines used in paper bag production

• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting, setup adjustments, and minor repairs

• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency (folding, gluing, printing)

• Stack, sort, and label completed products for storage or shipment

• Load and unload materials and assist with raw material handling

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment

• Accurately follow production orders and track inventory as required

Required Qualifications:

• Mechanical or machine operation experience is required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, kneeling, and repetitive motion

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be willing to work rotating shifts, with occasional overtime and weekends as needed
