Senior Project Manager (Hospital)

Monroe Consulting Group's Healthcare Division is partnering with a premium healthcare organization currently developing a new greenfield hospital in Makassar, South Sulawesi. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end hospital development project, from planning through construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall execution of a greenfield hospital development project from planning to handover.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, construction progress, quality, HSE, and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with project owners, government authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Lead project commissioning, operational readiness, and Facility Management Services (FMS) transition.
• Prepare regular project updates and executive reports while driving continuous improvement across the project team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, with proven experience leading greenfield hospital development projects.
• Strong knowledge of hospital construction, procurement, project budgeting, contract management, and construction execution.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and healthcare project stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and hospital licensing processes.
• Experience delivering premium private hospitals or JCI-ready healthcare facilities will be an advantage.
