You'll play a pivotal role in expanding referral pathways, strengthening relationships across the healthcare and community sectors, and positioning the organisation as a trusted provider of quality aged care services.
About the Role:
- Develop and grow referral partnerships across aged care, healthcare and community services.
- Build strong relationships with support coordinators, hospitals, health professionals, discharge planners and community organisations.
- Represent the organisation at networking events and industry forums.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, aged care reforms and market developments.
- Maintain CRM records and provide reporting on referral activity and pipeline performance.
- Experience in business development, account management, stakeholder engagement or relationship management.
- Exposure to aged care, home care, community services, disability or healthcare.
- A proven ability to build partnerships and generate referral opportunities.
- Outstanding communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work autonomously.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing referral or sales pipelines.
