Job Summary:

The Production Operator II is responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packaging raw materials and finished products while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This role may require maintaining accurate production records in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The position may be performed in a cleanroom environment and requires the ability to follow detailed work instructions under moderate supervision.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Label and package products according to company specifications.
• Complete and maintain production documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Work effectively in a cleanroom environment while following gowning and contamination control procedures, as required.
• Report quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or cleanroom experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic documentation and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.

Work Environment:

This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Inspects, labels and packages raw and finished products. May be required to maintain records according to Good Manufacturing Practices. May be working in a clean-room environment. Moderate supervision is required. Tier Level 2
