HR Project Manager - Talent & Learning - Exclusive

EMEA Recruitment has partnered with an international business as they look to hire a HR Project Manager with a key focus on Talent and Learning topics.

As HR Project Manager – Talent & Learning, you’ll support a range of business units across Europe with the successful execution of talent management strategies, succession plans, leadership development, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities of HR Project Manager – Talent & Learning

• Lead regional Talent Management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives across Europe
• Coordinate employee engagement programs and support follow-up actions across the region
• Manage regional HR reporting, dashboards and people analytics, ensuring accurate workforce data
• Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to deliver regional HR initiatives and events
• HR Management responsibilities for the Netherlands office including recruitment and end-to-end employee lifecycle

Experience required:

• 8+ years' HR experience in an international organization
• Strong background in Talent Management, Learning & Development and Employee Engagement
• Good understanding of different cultures across Europe
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience with HR systems and people analytics
• Positive and can-do attitude with ambitious goals for the region
