The Role
  • Work across a diverse disputes portfolio, including commercial litigation, construction and strata matters, insolvency and restructuring, and claims involving national and international clients.
  • Instruct in proceedings across all State and Federal courts, gaining strong exposure to complex, high-value matters.
  • Collaborate within a respected team that combines local insight with global capability to deliver strategic, effective outcomes.
About You
  • You will ideally bring 3–4 years’ PQE with solid commercial litigation experience and a desire to broaden your disputes expertise.
  • You will have strong communication skills, resilience in managing complex matters, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • You will demonstrate an excellent academic record, commitment to professional excellence and an enthusiasm for contributing to a positive team culture.
