A financially stable healthcare organization in East-Central Illinois is seeking a BE/BC Adult Psychiatrist to join an established outpatient behavioral health program offering a collaborative team environment, strong referral base, and opportunities for teaching and professional growth.


Position Highlights:

  • Hospital-employed opportunity within an integrated healthcare system
  • Outpatient adult psychiatry position
  • No call responsibilities
  • Monday–Friday schedule with 10-hour days
  • Practice embedded within a large primary care center
  • Join a multidisciplinary behavioral health team including psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, social workers, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychometricians
  • Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers
  • Opportunity to teach residents through an accredited psychiatry residency program
  • Academic and research affiliation opportunities available through an innovative medical school focused on the intersection of healthcare and engineering
  • Established facility with a strong referral network


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation: $340K–$345K
