Packaging Associate

Responsibilities

• Load bottles onto the production line and keep materials moving efficiently

• Operate and monitor equipment used to color, coat, or frost bottles

• Visually inspect products to make sure they meet quality standards

• Package finished products according to customer and company specifications

• Label and prepare completed orders for shipment

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

• Watch for product or equipment issues and communicate concerns to your supervisor

• Work with your team to keep production running smoothly

• Perform other production duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Reliable and dependable attendance

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

• Good attention to detail and quality

• Ability to stand and stay active throughout the shift

• Ability to lift, move, and handle products as needed

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Ability to read and write English

• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required!

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• $14/hr

• 1st shift 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Company benefits available after hire
