Farm Market Store Associate

Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $18.00 per hour Job Summary Are you a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual looking for a rewarding opportunity? We're seeking a Farm Market Store Associate to join our team in Grant, MI. In this role, you'll help create a welcoming shopping experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining an organized store environment, and supporting the daily operations of a busy local farm market. What You'll Be Doing As a Farm Market Store Associate, your core responsibilities will include: ? Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, assist with product selection, and ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience. ? Store Operations: Open and/or close the store, operate the cash register, process customer transactions accurately, and complete daily operational tasks. ? Merchandising Stocking: Stock and replenish products, build attractive product displays, organize merchandise, and maintain the appearance of the sales floor. In addition, you will also be expected to assist with receiving shipments, moving products throughout the store, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. What We're Looking For Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent preferred ? Previous retail, customer service, or market experience is a plus ? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion, including products such as potatoes, onions, and bird seed Skills: ? Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to provide friendly and helpful service to customers. ? Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain organized displays, accurately process transactions, and keep products properly stocked. ?
