Commercial Litigation Lawyer

Our client is a growing and highly regarded Newcastle CBD law firm seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their expanding team. The Role You will work across a broad range of matters, including:

• Commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Construction and building disputes
• Contractual disputes
• Debt recovery and enforcement matters
• General litigation and advisory work

Construction litigation experience would be highly regarded but is not essential. The firm is happy to consider strong commercial litigators looking to broaden their experience in this area.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 3–8 years PAE in litigation
• Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A proactive and collaborative approach to your work
