Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential conveyancing matters from contract through to settlement
- Liaise confidently with clients, brokers, banks, agents and other stakeholders
- Conduct PEXA settlements and electronic lodgements
- Utilise legal technology and automation to improve efficiency
- Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout every transaction
About You
We're interested in speaking with experienced conveyancers who can demonstrate:
- 4+ years residential conveyancing experience
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage matters independently
- Multi-jurisdictional experience is highly regarded but not essential however we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and broaden their expertise across multiple jurisdictions
- Curious, commercially minded and always looking for better ways of doing things
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Collaborative, humble and excited by the opportunity to help build something exceptional
