The Opportunity
As Practice Manager, you will serve as the operational leader for two interconnected locations, providing strategic oversight while remaining engaged in the day-to-day success of the practice. You'll play a key role in fostering culture, driving performance, supporting patient care initiatives, and ensuring operational consistency across both sites. Rather than stepping into a practice that needs rebuilding, you'll inherit a strong foundation and have the opportunity to elevate an already successful operation to the next level.
What You'll Lead
Team Leadership & Culture
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team across clinical and administrative functions.

- Partner with providers and leadership to optimize schedules, patient flow, and overall practice performance.
Business & Financial Performance
- Monitor key performance indicators and practice metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Participate in financial planning and performance reviews with leadership.
- Drive initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, patient retention, and long-term profitability.
- Understand the connection between operational decisions, team performance, and overall business outcomes.
Patient Experience
- Champion a patient-first culture focused on trust, communication, and exceptional care.
- Support systems that create outstanding experiences throughout the patient journey.
- Serve as a resource for resolving challenges and strengthening patient relationships.
