Practice Manager | Dental Operations Leader

Lead a High-Performing, Patient-Centered Organization

We are seeking a strong operational manager to lead a well-established, highly collaborative practice with strong systems, exceptional providers, and a positive team culture already in place. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven leader who enjoys balancing people, performance, and patient experience. You'll partner closely with executive leadership and providers to support continued growth, operational excellence, and an outstanding experience for both patients and team members. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and believes great leadership happens alongside the team, not behind a desk.

The Opportunity

As Practice Manager, you will serve as the operational leader for two interconnected locations, providing strategic oversight while remaining engaged in the day-to-day success of the practice. You'll play a key role in fostering culture, driving performance, supporting patient care initiatives, and ensuring operational consistency across both sites. Rather than stepping into a practice that needs rebuilding, you'll inherit a strong foundation and have the opportunity to elevate an already successful operation to the next level.

What You'll Lead

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team across clinical and administrative functions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and fun.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and career development.
  • Create an environment where team members feel valued, empowered, and connected to a shared vision.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure a seamless patient and team experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflows, communication, and service delivery.
  • Maintain operational consistency while supporting continued growth and scalability.
  • Partner with providers and leadership to optimize schedules, patient flow, and overall practice performance.

Business & Financial Performance

  • Monitor key performance indicators and practice metrics to support informed decision-making.
  • Participate in financial planning and performance reviews with leadership.
  • Drive initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, patient retention, and long-term profitability.
  • Understand the connection between operational decisions, team performance, and overall business outcomes.

Patient Experience

  • Champion a patient-first culture focused on trust, communication, and exceptional care.
  • Support systems that create outstanding experiences throughout the patient journey.
  • Serve as a resource for resolving challenges and strengthening patient relationships.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role goes beyond managing schedules and processes. It means building engaged teams, maintaining a positive culture, creating exceptional patient experiences, and consistently driving strong operational performance.

You'll have the opportunity to influence outcomes in areas such as:

  • Patient retention and loyalty
  • Team engagement and development
  • Operational efficiency
  • Practice growth and profitability
  • Scheduling optimization and capacity utilization
  • Case acceptance and treatment success
  • Overall organizational health

What We're Looking For

You may be an excellent fit if you:

  • Have experience leading a successful dental practice or multi-provider healthcare organization.
  • Enjoy mentoring and developing people as much as analyzing business performance.
  • Are energized by being present with your team and leading by example.
  • Appreciate structure, accountability, and data-driven decision making.
  • Value collaboration, transparency, and strong relationships.
  • Want to be part of an organization that prioritizes both performance and people.
  • Are seeking a long-term leadership opportunity where your impact will be visible and meaningful.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

This is more than a management role—it's an opportunity to become a trusted operational leader within a thriving organization. You'll join a supportive leadership team, work alongside exceptional providers, and help shape the future of a practice that already has a strong reputation, loyal patient base, and an outstanding culture.

If you're looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact, grow as a leader, and genuinely enjoy coming to work each day, we'd love to connect.
