We are seeking strong Treatment Plan Coordinators / Front Office Coordinators who can confidently manage patient communication, insurance verification, scheduling, and treatment presentation while helping drive an exceptional patient experience.
Position Overview
This is not a traditional “basic front desk” role. We are looking for individuals who can confidently support the patient journey from start to finish — including treatment coordination, financial conversations, insurance understanding, and case acceptance.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, confident, and capable of building trust with patients while supporting practice production goals.
Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
- Support case acceptance and patient scheduling
- Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
- Coordinate patient communication and follow-up
- Manage scheduling and patient flow
- Assist with front desk operations and administrative tasks
- Build strong relationships with patients and team members
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient support
- Help improve office efficiency and patient experience
Ideal Candidate
- Previous dental front office or treatment coordination experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented personality
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with insurance verification and dental terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-minded without being overly aggressive
