What You Will Do:
- Install, upgrade, and maintain computer equipment
- Provide prompt and effective technical assistance through in-person or remote support, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and technical incidents, resolving issues accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and document support tickets within ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolutions and clear communication.
- Assist with new hire setups, office moves, and software deployments, maintaining inventory and asset tracking.
- Collaborate with IT on complex problems and contribute to knowledge base documentation for recurring issues.
- Support AV hardware troubleshooting and on-site presentation needs as required, ensuring seamless meetings and presentations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Ability to install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a sense of urgency.
