An excellent opportunity is available for two experienced Supervisors to join a site-based water projects team within a major mining operation. These roles will oversee dewatering activities, coordinate daily work and ensure safe and efficient delivery of site activities.

Two positions are available with staggered commencement dates:

  • Role 1: Commencing 10 November 2026, PM flight to site
  • Role 2: Commencing 24 November 2026, PM flight to site
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Roster: 14 days on / 14 days off
  • Location: FIFO mine site
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-start inspections and daily team briefings
  • Allocate and coordinate daily work activities
  • Supervise site-based water and dewatering activities
  • Conduct field inspections and safety interactions
  • Report safety events in accordance with site requirements
  • Support safe and effective execution of maintenance and project activities
  • Manage competing priorities while maintaining strong safety and operational standards
To be successful, you will bring:

  • Proven mining industry experience, specifically within dewatering operations
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience within maintenance or project delivery
  • Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification – mandatory
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple work priorities
  • Competency across Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems, ideally SAP
  • Current Australian Manual C Class Driver’s Licence
  • White Card
