- Develop a new Staff Handbook and supporting policy framework.
- Review, rewrite and standardise policies and procedures.
- Assess employment contracts and supporting documentation for consistency and alignment.
- Research legislation and best practice to inform policy development.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce clear, concise and accessible documentation.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather information and support policy development.
About You
You will have:
- Excellent written communication and drafting skills.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Experience writing policies, procedures or governance documentation, or a Law degree with demonstrable drafting ability.
- The ability to interpret legislation and translate complex information into practical guidance.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable
- Knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience within policy, governance, compliance, legal services or a regulated environment.
- Experience reviewing contractual documentation.
