Barker Ross is currently recruiting for a professional and well-presented Residential Concierge to join a prestigious high-end residential development in Brighton.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with outstanding customer service skills who takes pride in delivering a first-class experience while maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Managing enquiries and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Monitoring access to the building and ensuring site security.

  • Handling deliveries, parcels, and resident requests.

  • Reporting any maintenance or security issues.

  • Ensuring the reception and communal areas are kept clean, tidy, and presentable.

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA badge.

  • Previous experience in a concierge, reception, front-of-house, or customer service role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Smart, professional appearance.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Right to work in the UK.
