The Role

• Manage a diverse family law caseload, including parenting matters, divorce proceedings and property settlements.
• Advise and represent clients throughout the lifecycle of family law matters, from initial consultation through to resolution.
• Participate in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings while working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive client outcomes.

About You

• You will ideally have 3-8+ years' post-admission experience in family law and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and court procedures.
• You will possess excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills, together with the ability to manage matters independently.
• You will demonstrate professionalism, integrity, empathy and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
