The ideal candidate is an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in water and wastewater treatment plant projects and a proven ability to lead crews in the field.
Required Experience & Skills:
• Significant experience supervising water or wastewater treatment plant construction projects
• Background working for a general contractor, preferably with self-perform capabilities
Strong knowledge of:
• Civil, mechanical, and/or process systems within treatment facilities
• Construction sequencing, means & methods, and field coordination
• Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and shop drawings
• Demonstrated ability to lead crews, subcontractors, and field personnel effectively
• Experience managing site safety, quality control, and production schedules
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make real-time decisions in the field

• 3+ years of field leadership experience on relevant infrastructure projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and with high quality
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a team-first mentality
