Required:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration systems, HVAC diagnostics, controls, and mechanical equipment
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills on complex commercial HVAC systems
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
Preferred:
- Experience servicing VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems
- Experience with building automation systems (BAS), DDC controls, or advanced HVAC control platforms
- Factory training or manufacturer certifications on commercial HVAC equipment
- Experience supporting commercial office, healthcare, education, industrial, or institutional facilities
- Leadership experience mentoring or training junior technicians
