- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Preparing quotes and sales documentation
- Coordinating appointments and schedules
- Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
- Following up customer enquiries and supporting the sales process
- Assisting with showroom and general administration activities
- Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
- A positive, friendly, and professional personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Previous administration, customer service, or sales support experience
- The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
