Seeking BE/BC Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a collaborative anesthesia practice in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.

Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Care-team anesthesia practice alongside anesthesiologists, CRNAs and anesthesia technicians.
  • Flexible scheduling with no overnight call required; 40 hours, variable Monday-Friday schedule.
  • Case mix includes general surgery, vascular, orthopedic, thoracic, OB/GYN, endoscopy and neurosurgery.
  • No cardiac or transplant cases; approximately nine trauma cases monthly.
  • Meditech electronic documentation and a collegial team willing to help cover schedule adjustments.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $125.00-$137.7404 per hour.
  • Choose a $50,000 sign-on bonus plus $50,000 student-loan reimbursement, or up to $100,000 in student-loan reimbursement.
  • Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement-plan contributions and paid time off. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications.
