Support the Store Manager in leading a busy, high-performing retail store. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team
• Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer service through coaching and leading by example
• Assist with rostering, merchandising, stock control and administrative tasks
• Maintain high operational and visual merchandising standards

About You

• Previous experience in retail leadership or a strong sales background is preffered
• A proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
• Organised, hands-on and confident managing day-to-day store operations
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
