Casual Blue Collar Recruiter – Ongoing Assignment

Naval Base | Full-Time Hours | $55 per hour + super | Immediate Start

The Opportunity

TCB Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our client’s team based in Naval Base.

This is an ongoing casual opportunity working full-time hours, ideal for a blue collar recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.

We are looking for someone who can start ASAP!

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment function across a range of roles, managing candidates through the recruitment process and working closely with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment activities - blue collar roles with some white collar

• Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates

• Reviewing applications and conducting candidate screening

• Conducting phone and initial interviews

• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers

• Preparing candidate shortlists and recruitment documentation

• Maintaining accurate candidate and recruitment records

• Supporting onboarding and pre-employment processes

• Building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

• Providing general recruitment support as required

About You

We’re looking for a hands-on Blue Collar Recruiter who can step in and make an immediate impact.

You will ideally have:

• Previous recruitment experience in an agency or internal environment

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities

• A proactive, can-do approach

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience recruiting within industrial, manufacturing, construction, engineering, mining or similar environments will be highly regarded.
