Job Title: Senior Program Manager
3 days onsite - Charlotte North Carolina 6-12 months contract to hire


Job Description
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple projects aligned to a shared business objective. This role provides leadership across project teams, manages dependencies and risks, oversees budgets and resources, coordinates testing efforts, and ensures stakeholders and leadership have timely visibility into program status.

Program and Project Management
Direct and manage multiple project efforts from initiation through completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
Identify and resolve project issues, risks, conflicts, and resource constraints.
Proactively manage changes in project scope and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
Coordinate activities across business, technology, and project teams to ensure alignment with program objectives.
Track project budgets, resource allocations, and expenditures to support accurate forecasting and reporting.

Communication and Stakeholder Management
Establish the frequency, format, and content of project and program status reporting.
Communicate project expectations, priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Analyze project results, identify problem areas, and drive resolution with appropriate teams.
Facilitate communication across business and technology stakeholders to maintain alignment and accountability.

Documentation and Planning
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, communications, status reports, proposals, budgets, estimates, and supporting documentation.
Document project dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
Ensure project documentation remains accurate and current throughout the project lifecycle.

Management Reporting
Prepare and deliver timely program and project status reporting to management and key stakeholders.
Provide appropriate escalation of risks, issues, delays, and decisions requiring leadership attention.
Ensure decision-makers have accurate, relevant, and up-to-date information regarding project progress, financials, risks, and overall program health.

User Acceptance Testing Coordination
Coordinate and oversee User Acceptance Testing activities across business areas supporting technology projects within the program.
Ensure testing responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, issues, and completion status are clearly communicated and tracked.
Partner with business and technology teams to support issue resolution and successful completion of testing prior to implementation.

Estimated Min Rate: $80.00
Estimated Max Rate: $95.00
