Location: Camelback Rd & 43rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ
Shift: 1st Shift — 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Urgent Need — Bilingual Preferred

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Data Entry Clerk to support warehouse operations for a transmission refurbishing company. This position involves receiving and organizing transmissions and automotive parts, maintaining inventory records, entering information into the computer system, and preparing orders for shipment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and organize transmissions and automotive parts
  • Enter part numbers, quantities, work orders, and inventory information into the computer system
  • Pick and stage parts for production and customer orders
  • Track inventory and assist with inventory counts
  • Prepare refurbished transmissions and parts for shipment
  • Complete shipping labels and paperwork
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials
  • Maintain accurate warehouse and computer records
  • Keep warehouse areas clean and organized
  • Follow company safety and material-handling procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Automotive or manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift and move warehouse materials safely
