Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $24.90/hour
Hydrogen Group is seeking a Contract Administrator II to support a leading California utility. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate contract records, administering documentation, supporting project and program activities, and ensuring information is entered accurately into company databases.
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate contract and project information within company databases.
- Administer contract documentation and maintain contract records.
- Support project and program management activities.
- Coordinate contract-related documentation with internal departments.
- Assist with preparing and reviewing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
- Help establish and maintain standard contract terms and conditions.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company procedures.
- Generate reports and maintain project records.
- Support contract lifecycle activities from initiation through closeout.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in administrative support, contract administration, project coordination, program support, or related business functions.
- Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting contract management or procurement functions.
- Knowledge of project or program administration.
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
- Experience working within a utility, engineering, or large corporate environment.
- Familiarity with accounting, budgeting, or contract compliance processes.
