Can you see yourself making a real impact on how they hire? Due to an internal move, our client is looking for a Talent & Engagement Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery and help create consistently strong candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Reporting to the Talent and Engagement Manager, this is a hands-on role where you’ll manage and develop recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract, recruit and retain both permanent and a large seasonal workforce. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from briefing and sourcing through to shortlisting, hiring manager support and candidate care – ensuring a smooth and professional process at every stage.
You will be partnering closely with hiring managers across the business, helping shape role requirements, interview processes and hiring decisions. You’ll run targeted sourcing campaigns across multiple channels, build talent pools, and leverage technology tools to deliver quality candidates efficiently.
