About the Role
As a Hotel Housekeeper / Custodial Associate, your primary responsibility will be maintaining cleanliness standards in guest rooms and common areas. You'll be crucial in creating a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests, performing duties such as making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and replenishing supplies. You will also assist in cleaning hallways, meeting spaces, and other areas as needed, following established safety and sanitation procedures.

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Available Shift Times
Various shifts, including day and evening options, with potential overtime based on hotel occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to quality standards
• Make beds, replace linens, and organize guest rooms
• Sanitize bathrooms and high-touch surfaces
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Remove trash and replenish supplies
• Inspect completed rooms for guest readiness
• Report maintenance issues or damages
• Assist with cleaning common areas and hallways as needed

Key Requirements

• Prior hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Flexibility in work schedules based on hotel needs
