About the Role

• Manage procurement and invoice processes, including purchase order creation and tracking in SAP
• Verify, file, and process shipping and safety documentation
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate records
• Support general administrative tasks, including record organization and office supplies management

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify procurement and invoice documentation
• Attach documentation to purchase orders and ensure timely processing in SAP
• Coordinate inventory accuracy and participate in weekly inventory meetings
• Verify outbound shipping paperwork and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records

Key Requirements

• Experience with purchase order processing and SAP management preferred
