Chief Operating Officer [Healthcare Services]

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organization in Indonesia. Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead the overall operations, business performance, and continued development of one of its specialized healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, operations, and performance of the business unit.
• Drive business growth, operational efficiency, service quality, and patient experience.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure effective collaboration across clinical and non-clinical functions.
• Monitor financial and operational performance and drive achievement of key business targets.
• Develop initiatives to strengthen service offerings, market positioning, and overall business performance.
• Ensure high standards of clinical governance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, business partners, key stakeholders, and senior management.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams to build a high-performing organization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Medicine, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.
• Significant leadership experience within hospitals, specialty clinics, or specialized healthcare services.
• Strong exposure to both healthcare operations and commercial/business management.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of patient services, operational excellence, and healthcare business performance.
• Experience within a specialized clinical service or Center of Excellence environment would be advantageous.
