About the Role
In this hands-on leadership position, you will oversee 4-5 teams working on various residential projects across Perth. You’ll coordinate daily activities, ensure quality standards are met, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. Your expertise in landscaping and hardscaping will guide your teams to success, transforming outdoor visions into reality. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 4-5 teams across multiple residential landscaping projects
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and timelines to ensure timely completion
• Oversee site safety, quality control, and adherence to company standards

• Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and adapt plans as needed

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Proven landscaping and hardscaping experience
• Strong management skills with the ability to oversee multiple teams
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize competing project demands
• Commercial landscaping knowledge 
• Immediate availability for start
