About the Role

An established business in the construction industry is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team based in Milton. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, with a strong focus on accounts receivable and maintaining accurate financial records.

This position will suit someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is confident managing accounts while providing administrative support across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the accounts receivable function, including invoicing, payment allocations, and account maintenance
  • Assisting with reconciliations and ensuring financial records remain accurate and up to date
  • Monitoring and responding to incoming emails relating to customer accounts and general enquiries
  • Supporting administration tasks including data entry and record management
  • Managing incoming phone calls and assisting with customer and supplier enquiries
  • Supporting the coordination of site staff and project administration activities
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required
About You
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Accounts Administrator, or similar finance support role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information
  • Experience with reconciliations and maintaining accurate account records
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communication skills and professional phone manner
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a small team environment
