Site Manager

I am looking for an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join my client on the Sunshine Coast. They are well established commercial construction company delivering high-quality commercial, education and social housing projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards
• Monitor project timelines and drive programme outcomes
• Conduct site inspections and maintain detailed records
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction
• Strong background in education and/or social housing projects highly regarded
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and safety requirements
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction (or equivalent)
